Important Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Hotels in Azizia/Rusaifa (approx 7km from Haram).
  • Booking cancelled before December 21, 2027, will be charged ₹150,000 as a cancellation fee.
  • For bookings cancelled after December 21, 2027, the full package price will be charged as a cancellation fee and only taxes will be refunded.

Booking Requirements

  • Passport Validity till 15th December 2027 with 02 Empty Page
  • PAN Card & Aadhar Card mandatory.
  • 2 Passport size photos.

Shifting Policy

  • Hotels in Azizia/Rusaifa (approx 7km from Haram).
  • Daily transport provided except peak Hajj days (5-14 Zil Hajj).
